The Tesla Robotaxi Playbook is a digital product. There is nothing to ship, nothing to wait for, and nothing that can get lost in the mail.

How Delivery Works

The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

First, you will receive a confirmation email from us to the email address you provided at checkout. This email confirms your order and contains a link to access your download.

Second, you will receive a separate delivery email containing your direct download link for the PDF. This email is sent instantly upon payment confirmation.

If you do not see either email within 10 minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your order number and we will resend it immediately.

Your File

Format: PDF Pages: 122 File size: Approximately 7MB Compatible with: Any device — iPhone, Android, Mac, PC, tablet, e-reader. Any app that opens PDF files will work. No special software required.

You can read it on screen, save it to your device, or print it at home. The file is yours to keep permanently once downloaded.

Download Link Expiry

For security reasons, your download link will expire after 5 download attempts or 30 days — whichever comes first. If your link expires before you have saved the file, contact us and we will generate a new one at no charge.

Lost Your Download?

No problem. Email us with your order confirmation number and we will resend your download link within one business day. We do not charge for resending downloads to verified customers.
